Resource Group, Analyze Utilization

Only Resource Administrators and System Administrators can use this function. Resource utilization is only available with the Corporate Edition

1.	Select Resource>Utilization>Resource Group from the main menu to call the Resource Group Utilization window.

2.	If Actual Times has been enabled in System Settings, select whether to use actual or scheduled times.

3. Select the resource group you wish to analyze.

4.	Select whether bookings on weekends or special days should be included in the analysis.

5. Enter the start and end dates of the period you want to analyze.

6. Click the Calculate button to display the results.

7.	To view summary usage statistics for each resource in the resource group, click the Detail tab.
