Handling Canceled Bookings

When a booking is canceled, you free up resources for other bookings.  To avoid causing scheduling conflicts the booking can be just deleted.  If you wish to track  cancellations, you need to create a pooled resource to take the place of the resources originally scheduled.  Make sure there are more units of the 'Canceled' resource than you will have cancellations at any one time. You should also use a separate status for canceled bookings.
