When a user tries to make a booking, ResSched checks that none of the occurrences will over book any of the resources. If any occurrences do, ResSched displays a list of all the conflicts that would be caused. All conflicts must be explicitly accepted before the booking is saved. Resource or system administrators can accept any of the conflicts. General users can also accept conflicts if allowed in Organization Settings.
In addition to resource conflicts, system administrators can change Organization Settings to treat occurrences outside the work day or work week as conflicts as well as any client schedule conflicts. Occurrences on any Special Days can also be treated as conflicts.
