Schedules

ResSched displays schedules graphically as well as in text. These graphical schedules provide users with quick view of bookings and available time slots at a glance. Booking details can be viewed by clicking on the booking box. Clicking on an empty time slot will bring up the Add\Update Booking form with the date, time and primary resource filled in.

To display graphical schedules, select Schedules from the menu and choose the options you want for the schedule. When you have made your choices, click the Display button to generate the schedule. Your choices will be saved for the next time you wish to view a graphical schedule. If you turn Display Automatically on, your last chosen schedule will display automatically without you having to set or confirm your settings.
