The Enterprise Option adds features useful for larger organizations.
Unlimited Reserve Users
Do you want the public or large numbers of semi-public users (e.g. students) to be able to book resources without creating or buying a separate user ID for each? Do you have many internal users that just need to book resources occasionally?
With the Enterprise option you can have an unlimited number of ‘Reserve’ users without purchasing ID’s for each user. These users that can book specified resources, optionally subject to administrator confirmation. Your ‘Reserve’ users can only use one status when making a booking. These bookings show up with a different color so administrators can see them at a glance and confirm, change or delete them. You have the option of alerting administrators to any new bookings made by reserve users.
You can add ‘reserve’ user ID’s in bulk, or allow them to create their own ID’s from their email address. You can limit those addresses to those of specific domains.
Multiple Data Sets
Do you have separate departments that want their own set of resources, clients, and users? The Enterprise option lets you create separate data sets for each one.
The Enterprise Option lets you use the ResSched API. With the API you can retrieve data from the ResSched tables for other programs or services. You can also import client, resource and simple booking data.
The Enterprise Option lets you include maps with your client, resource, or booking information.
The Enterprise Option is an add on to your main ResSched 10 license. Unlike the main license, the Enterprise option is licensed as a single subscription fee for your organization, not by UserID. Enterprise Subscription
